The Skeptic app offers a 30-day free trial for every new subscription, which is now available in the app. The app features long-form, data-driven articles and well-reasoned opinion pieces, all crafted with a reality-based approach. The articles are written by experts in their respective fields and are complemented by custom, full-color illustrations by award-winning artists. The app is optimized for reading on mobile devices and offers convenient features such as bookmarking, zooming in on illustrations, adjusting text size, and more. Users can read articles directly in the app or their web browser and synchronize their subscription across all devices. Additionally, the app allows users to purchase the current issue and back issues.

• The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal will incur charges at the current subscription rate for the product.
• Auto-renewal can be turned off through Account Settings, but cancellation of the current subscription during its active period is not possible.
• Payment will be charged to the iTunes account upon purchase confirmation, and any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
• If a subscription includes a free trial period, full price will be charged at the end of the trial period. To avoid being charged, cancelation must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

Users can register/login to a pocketmags account within the app to protect their issues in case of device loss and browse purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account. For optimal performance, it is recommended to download the app for the first time in a Wi-Fi area to retrieve all issue data. If the app fails to load, deleting and reinstalling it from the App Store may resolve the issue.
